  • Where can I find my policy or plan number?

    You can find your policy or plan number in the following places:

    • Policy or plan documents
    • Yearly statements
    • P60
    • General correspondence relating to your policy or plan
    • It might be the direct debit reference number on your bank account
  • Where can I find my policy or plan number?

    You can find your policy or plan number in the following places:

    • Policy or plan documents
    • General correspondance relating to your policy or plan
    • It might be the direct debit reference number on your bank statement

    You'll find it in the email we sent you when purchasing or renewing your policy.

    If you're an Aviva Online or Aviva Premium customer your policy number will start with '72' or '73'.

  • Where can I find my policy or plan number?

    For company private medical insurance policies, enter your policy number followed by the member number.

    It will be a combination of numbers and letters e.g. 52101G1100 or 951CCC20100.

    Both these references can be found by looking on your policy schedule.

  • Where can I find my activation code?

    Most activation codes are provided by post or email. These begin with 3 letters, for example FST. Don't worry you can still register with your policy number if you don't have one.

Pension, life insurance, investment, bond, annuity

  • Policy or plan documents
  • Yearly statements
  • P60
  • General correspondence relating to your policy or plan
  • It might be the direct debit reference number on your bank statement

Motor, home, travel, breakdown

  • Policy or plan documents
  • General correspondence relating to your policy or plan
  • It might be the direct debit reference number on your bank statement
